Frank W. Moser, At a Glance
Frank W. Moser has maintained a long-standing interest in chemistry. His fascination with chemistry led him down a continued path to success as a researcher and scientist, and he feels that, to date, his analytic knowledge of organic chemistry and his having a sixth sense of chemical problem-solving has allowed him to accomplish his professional goals. Mr. Moser attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1995. He has since acquired six U.S. patents in the area of synthetic chemistry, and driven Covidien toward resolution goals that have salvaged millions of dollars for the company. In efforts to remain abreast of trends and developments in the areas of chemistry and research, he maintains affiliations with the Chromatography Discussion Group, the Mass Pictometry Group and the American Chemical Society. He also supports the Arnold Food Pantry. In his spare time, Mr. Moser enjoys golfing, fishing and canoeing. Looking ahead, Mr. Moser intends to continue to learn and grow in his role, and to push the forefront of science.
